9th Annual Lions Paws for Support Paddlefest
A day of fun to benefit Lions Paws for Support, providing emotional and financial support to Veterans in our community and beyond.
FREE festival entry fun includes local artisans and vendor booths, food trucks, axe throwing, 50/50, raffles and silent auction.
The South Bend Mobile Vet Center and other Veterans organizations will be on site as well.

Registration day of event opens at 9:00 a.m. $20 entry donation
Donation only required for Paddle Events
(CASH ONLY day of event)
Proceeds will sponsor the adoption of emotional support animals from area shelters and rescues, for veterans as well as groceries at Al’s Supermarkets.
Rentals
A limited number of kayaks will be available to rent for $10/hour on a first come first served basis

Kayak, Canoe & Stand-Up Paddleboard Races. IN-USCA points race, novice race and Fun Paddle event too!! Paddle at your own pace, for as long as you choose!
All skill levels welcome!!
$20 donation per paddler
$10 for paddlers 12 & under
Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd per event

Things to Know
Parking:
Watch for signage along Highway 4 in Fish Lake
Is Payment Required?:
Entry to the event is free, however registration and a donation are required to participate in paddle events.
What should I bring?
Cash, sunscreen, blanket/towels, pop up chair. Concessions and beer garden on site accepting cash only.
Bring your kayak, canoe or SUP board if participating in the paddle portion of Paddlefest.
Paddlefest participant requirements
Check-in at registration tent. Fill out completely registration form (if not preregistered) Everyone will need to fill out completely and sign waiver of liability form at registration tent. Life jackets MUST be worn at all times while on the water. If you do not have a life jacket, there will be some available to borrow during your paddle.
Will there be rental kayaks or canoes?

Organizer - Mill Creek Community Lions Club
The Mill Creek Community Lions Club is a member of Lions International, the world's largest service club organization. Some of our local projects include food pantry and financial support for families in need, medical alert systems for elderly, and dictionaries for third graders.
Statewide and Internationally we support Leader Dog, Cancer Control, and Disaster Relief to name a few.
Our club was chartered November 1, 2004 in Mill Creek, Indiana.
